Caught up with Huw, was real nice to speak to him

Figured out how to get the money back for the app. 4000 classes is way too much choice for someone who can’t even pick herself something to watch on Netflix. I also think I could be too in love with Adriene to try anything different… I’ll do the free trial and see

Went for a long walk, started out sunny but was hailing within 10 mins. Listened to a podcast with Erling Kagge. He said ‘don't chase happiness, let happiness chase you’. I like that a lot. He also said that he finds joy in waking up early. I’m not sure I’ll like that as much but I will give it a go

Made a veggie nug wrap for lunch (back on track, again) and ran an afternoon bath, because why the f not? 

Bryony left some doughnuts on our doorstep, that was very sweet. We had a lil chat from balcony to drive

Started Game of Thrones, again, because Isaac hasn’t watched it?? 

Stomach is in bits from all this food I shouldn’t have been eating. Having plain brown rice for dinner and an early night
