day 29
One of the worst isolation sleeps yet. It’s so frustrating waking up in the night and not being able to sleep. I’m unsure if this is worrying or just lack of schedule and routine
Facetimed my family to catch up with the Bell girls. They were zooming away with family friends yesterday when I called. Each girl was in a different room of the house and Coco hopped from one screen to another visiting them all, dog inception
Did some yoga, this was another hard one. These Glo classes can be very technical, which is good I guess. Still need to find my teacher
Painting in the living room for a bit whilst listening to mum’s final edit of her podcast. It’s real good, I am impressed and proud
Went to the vill the see if the camera shop was open to get more film, it wasn’t. Realised this is the first time I've been into the village since work stopped. It was so weird, almost a ghost town, topped with some melodramatic crows eerily cawing.
I watched a guy take his face mask off to light a cigarette, seemed counterproductive. Had a look in Shoppers for some eyelash tint, there was none. The girl working complimented my outfit, that was nice, hasn’t happened in a while. Realised how rare this kind of interaction with strangers is now. Feels like some are too scared to even make eye contact and smile. I hope this is just a temporary change
Facetimed AJ. V lovely to speak to her from down under
We have no food apart from tins of tomatoes. So ordered sushi and watched Game of Thrones and then Ocean’s 8, which I am quite underwhelmed by
