day 4

Another beautiful day

Bethan made banana pancakes for breakfast

Isaac started on van, putting the insulation down

I went on a run/walk (mostly run though I am proud) to Rainbow Park, that was nice and good for the soul, will try and do more runs I think

Helped/got in the way doing the van. Got to squeeze that expanding foam stuff. I have always wanted to do that 

Bethan and Isaac pick up a load of food their work was throwing out, including a kilo of kale?? 

Picked up parcel from home from the post office, made me cry (thanks for the mini eggs and dairy milk guys)

Tried to meditated for 15 mins 

Jack and Nicole showed up at home to say bye. First proper goodbye, hit me hard. Cried again

Applied for EI, that was stressful. Tried to get money back for Costa Rica flights to see Ni and Will… still very sad that trip can’t happen

Isaac’s making dinner again.

Lydia is upset that I didn’t say that I missed her whilst she was away, so I missed her whilst she’s away… she’s also not that sick
