day 49

Ended up staying up v late watching Game of Thrones, then woke up a quite late. The weather said it was going to be rainy, but I was horrified to see it was another glorious day. Once again, very annoyed at myself for waking up so late. I should probably start waking up early no matter what the weather says

Tried to find some things on ASOS for Mum’s birthday, but I was slightly mislead by Charlotte’s instructions and ended spending an hour looking for things she didn't want 

Isaac is doing the last bits of cuts on the plywood. Just going to make do with the timber we have left for the rest and not buy any more. We’ve been v good at keeping the cost down, some would call it being savvy, some may call it being a tight arse 

Went for a little bike ride around the neighbourhood. Saw 3 bears nibbling on the grass at the back of the school. I thought about going through for a second look, but on second thoughts it probably wasn’t very sensible

Went to Function to get some hinges, rollers for the draws and some more stain so the cupboards can be finished. Isaac has started wearing his old man slippers on trips outside the house, really not sure how I feel about this. G Low 2.0

I made some lunch, Isaac’s working on the kitchen cabinet. I unscrewed the cabinet side pieces to sand and stain them

I hit a weird wall and had to stop. Isaac packed up, I did some yoga then watched Game of Thrones. It’s one of the extra graphic episodes and I’m struggling to watch. Made dinner with Isaac; courgette fritters, mash and salmon, it was sooooooo yum. Only ate half so I could re-experience the tastiness for lunch tomorrow
